- HR Executive Position HR Executive Experience Required Minimum 2 Years Location Malappuram Areekode Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Key Responsibilities Recruitment Talent Acquisition Sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new employees Employee Onboarding Induction Ensuring smooth joining formalities and orientation sessions HR Operations Maintaining employee records handling HR documentation and updating HR systems Payroll Attendance Coordinating with the accounts finance team for salary processing leave and attendance management Performance Management Assisting in appraisal processes and employee evaluation systems Employee Engagement Planning and executing employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture Compliance Policies Ensuring adherence to labor laws HR policies and statutory compliance Training Development Coordinating training sessions and tracking employee development programs Exit Formalities Managing resignations conducting exit interviews and handling full final settlements Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools Ability to work independently as well as in a team Strong organizational and time management skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role MBA PGDM in HR will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
