Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional professional with in-depth expertise across both technical and functional domains. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM applications and be capable of delivering effective solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Manage data migrations and HCM Extracts with efficiency and accuracy.
- Write and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Support the integration of HCM with other enterprise systems.

Technical Skills Required:

- Oracle HCM Cloud Suite
- BI Reporting (BI Publisher)
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- HCM Extracts
- Fast Formulas
- Data Migration tools and techniques
- SQL & PL/SQL (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
