We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Techno Functional professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM functionality, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Performance, and Goal Management Modules.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions for clients.
  • Provide technical support and training on Oracle HCM modules.
  • Develop and maintain BI reports using OTBI reporting tools.
  • Perform data migrations and HCM extracts as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM applications.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM functionality, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Performance, and Goal Management Modules.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools, such as OTBI reporting.
  • Familiarity with data migration and HCM extract processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Notice period: 0-60 days.
  • Education: BE Btech ME Mtech, MCA.
  • Location: Bangalore.
