Role Overview:

We are hiring Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Engineers / Integration Engineers with strong hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, HCM APIs, and HDL imports. Functional knowledge of Compensation and Equity modules is a plus. Candidates with MuleSoft and OIC exposure will be given preference.

Oracle HCM Techno Functional HCM, Extracts HDL , Oracle, API, Mulesoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement HCM integrations using HCM Extracts, HCM APIs, HDL/SDL.

Develop and troubleshoot custom reports using BI Publisher, OTBI.

Collaborate with business users to gather functional requirements, especially in Compensation and Equity modules.

Support data conversion, mapping, and transformation activities in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Work with OIC (optional) to integrate third-party systems.

Follow best practices for integration, documentation, and deployment.

Support UAT and production rollouts with complete ownership of deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations

Strong expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL, and HCM API

Familiarity with Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI

Optional: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and MuleSoft

Functional knowledge in Compensation and Equity

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
