OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Online Marketing Executive to join our team and take responsibility for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. Digital Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and retargeting campaigns to increase visibility and conversions. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging graphics, videos, and ad copies. 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for improved search engine rankings. Work on both on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. 3. Social Media Marketing Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community. Run paid social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement. Track and analyze engagement, reach, and conversions from social campaigns. 4. Content Marketing Coordinate with the content team to create high-quality blog posts, articles, case studies, newsletters, and eBooks. Develop content calendars to ensure consistent posting across all digital platforms. Write ad copies, email campaigns, and product descriptions as required. 5. Email Marketing Create, design, and send targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and customer engagement. Segment email lists and personalize content for better open rates and conversions. Track email performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize for improvement. 6. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and digital trends using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Insights, and HubSpot. Prepare detailed reports on ROI, campaign effectiveness, and digital growth. Suggest improvements based on data insights to maximize results. 7. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with sales teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals. Coordinate with creative designers, content writers, and external agencies when required. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.Required SkillsTechnical Skills Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
