Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled Lift Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of lift systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of lifts and elevators.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in lift systems.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding lift operationSite Risk Management: Identify potential site risks and promptly communicate them to the supervisor.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine inspections,troubleshoot issues, and execute repairs to minimize downtime and reduce call-back rates.
- Unplanned Service Repairs: Assess equipment needs,obtain necessary approvals for non-contractual repairs, and execute them efficiently.
- Customer Relations: Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contacts, and end-users, ensuring satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely back reporting of work performed, ensuring data integrity in e-Optimum and customer notifications.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-6 years of experience in lift installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to elevators.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the lift industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
