**Job Title: Lift Erection Engineer / Service Technician**

**Elevator Erector job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Erection & Installation**: Lead the erection and installation of elevators and escalators according to project specifications and safety standards.
**- Site Coordination**: Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of lift installation projects.
**- Technical Expertise**: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians on site.
**- Safety Compliance**: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
**- Quality Assurance**: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the installed equipment meets company quality standards.
- Experience in installation and maintaining MRL, Automatic lifts
- Proven experience in elevator erection or testing
- Strong technical skill and problem solving ability.

**Elevator Service Technician** **job Description**:

- Inspect and perform regular maintenance checks on elevators
- Install and repair elevator mechanisms and electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning
- Respond to emergency call-outs for elevator breakdowns
- Replace faulty or worn-out components such as motors, switches, and control systems
- Maintain service records of all maintenance and repair work carried out
- Communicate with building management regarding elevator performance and safety issues
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience**:Minimum of 6 Month to 2 years of experience in lift erection and installation.
**- Education**: 12th, ITI or Diploma
