**Job Title**: Lift Technician

**Location**: Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore (Multiple openings across locations)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Installation**: Install, test, and commission new lifts and escalators.
- **Maintenance & Servicing**: Perform regular maintenance to ensure lifts are operating smoothly and safely.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and repair faults in lifts and escalators, minimizing downtime.
- **Safety**: Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing installation and maintenance tasks.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of all work done, including repairs, service reports, and compliance checks.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with clients to understand issues and provide solutions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all lift systems comply with industry safety standards and regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lift Technician or in a similar role (installations and/or maintenance).
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of lift systems, electrical components, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in elevator systems or related fields (preferable but not mandatory).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
