Location Trivandrum About us At Arbor we re on a mission to transform the way schools work for the better We believe in a future of work in schools where being challenged doesn t mean being burnt out and overworked Where data guides progress without overwhelming staff And where everyone working in a school is reminded why they got into education every day Our MIS and school management tools are already making a difference in over 7 000 schools and trusts Giving time and power back to staff turning data into clear actionable insights and supporting happier working days At the heart of our brand is a recognition that the challenges schools face today aren t just about efficiency outputs and productivity - but about creating happier working lives for the people who drive education everyday the staff We want to make schools more joyful places to work as well as learn About the role We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us manage the full recruitment lifecycle and source candidates using a variety of platforms The remit and focus of the role is to manage the entire lifecycle of the internal recruitment for the India location of Arbor including our Engineering Finance and HR teams It s a broad and exciting role so we re looking for someone up for a challenge - if you re a strong communicator and have a passion for candidate experience this is the role for you Core responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing screening interviewing coordinating interviews and closing offers Develop and update job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers Source candidates using a variety of platforms job boards LinkedIn Naukri employee referrals and direct outreach Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates skills experience and organisational fit Facilitate and schedule technical and managerial interviews with respective stakeholders Maintain accurate records of interviews candidate pipeline and feedback on the ATS Applicant Tracking System Coordinate post-offer engagement onboarding and joining formalities in collaboration with HR operations Maintain strong relationships with candidates internal teams and recruitment partners vendors Implement and contribute to employer branding campus recruitment and social hiring strategies as required Prepare regular reports and analytics on recruitment status time-to-hire and pipeline health Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment Requirements About you 5 years experience recruiting into a variety of technical and non-technical roles ideally in Trivandrum Prior experience recruiting in a product engineering focussed business An eye for outstanding talent with a proven track record of where to find them Meticulous attention to detail including accurate data on our ATS and monthly reporting packs Strong written and verbal communication skills - you will be interacting with a large number of internal and external stakeholders every day A passion for candidate experience - you really go the extra mile to deliver and create the best possible impression You re a self starter - there is lots to do in this role and we want you to own what you do Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks at any one time A love of streamlining and improving processes - it may sound dull but this will have a huge impact on you and your team - extra bonus points if you have experience integrating AI tools to drive efficiencies in recruitment A team player who loves to muck in and make a real impact Excellent stakeholder management We have some amazing people at Arbor and your job will be harness this energy and passion into bringing equally brilliant people into the business Benefits What we offer The chance to work alongside a team of hard-working passionate people in a role where you ll see the impact of your work everyday We also offer Flexible work environment 3 days work from office Group Term Life Insurance paid out at 3x Annual CTC Arbor India 32 days holiday plus Arbor Holidays This is made up of 25 days annual leave plus 7 extra companywide days given over Easter Summer Christmas Work time 9 30 am to 6 pm 8 5 hours only Compensation - 100 fixed salary disbursement and no variable component Interview process Phone screen 1st stage 2nd stage We re committed to making our recruitment process fair and comfortable for everyone If you need any reasonable adjustments during the application or interview stages please contact our team at Kindly note that applications will only be considered when submitted through our Careers page
