Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets for revenue, productivity, and new customer acquisition.
- Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and coach the team of Front-Line Sales Managers (FLSMs) and bank branch sales staff.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze daily sales activities, lead conversion ratios, and funnel management to ensure optimal performance.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and their staff to effectively promote life insurance products.
- Business Planning:
- Align daily updates and activities with the cluster's business plan, focusing on branch seller activation and customer persistency.
- Training & Development:
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve the skills and productivity of the sales team.

Skills and Qualifications

- Sales & Insurance Experience:
- Proven experience in life insurance sales, ideally with a background in the bancassurance channel.
- Leadership & Management:
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve challenging goals.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Relationship Building:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong partnerships with banks.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
