Job Description
Position: CA/CS
Location: Daryaganj
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary: budget upto 11 lpa
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling with statutory, internal and tax auditors as per regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with Stock Exchange regulations and related guidelines.
Manage GST, Income Tax, Labour Law, SEBI regulations, and other statutory laws.
Draft and review various professional correspondences, notices, and representations.
Handle accounting, finance, and compliance-related matters for stock broking activities.
Manage stock exchange-related tasks including margin requirements, clearing exposure, and settlement processes with hands-on experience.
Banking credit facilities both fund-based and non-fund-based
Take initiative-driven, independent responsibility in managing compliance, audits, and financial operations.
Knowledge of INDAS, share accounting to NSE & BSE member.
Ensure statutory compliances for Listed, Limited, and Private Limited companies.
Prepare, maintain, and finalize Board/Committee/General Meeting Minutes in compliance with Companies Act & SEBI regulations.
Handle Company Law and MCA-related matters, including filings, approvals, and compliance monitoring.
Draft and review various legal and corporate documents, notices, resolutions, and agreements.
Manage XBRL filings and other MCA formalities within prescribed timelines.
Provide practical secretarial guidance and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
Assist in liaison with statutory authorities, regulators (SEBI, ROC, Stock Exchanges), and auditors. Must have practical experience of LODR.
Stay updated on amendments in Company Law, SEBI, and related corporate regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
CA/CS with minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
Worked in an listed company (Limited or Private Limited)
Strong knowledge of audit, taxation, GST, SEBI, and stock exchange regulations.
Experience in handling banking operations, credit facilities, and compliance reporting.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
Strong knowledge of Company Law, MCA procedures, SEBI regulations, and XBRL filing.
Excellent drafting skills for legal and secretarial documentation.
Ability to handle multiple entities (Listed, Limited & Private Limited).
