Your Profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Deal Management:Lead multi-tower outsourcing deals ( 50M), including staff transfers, asset takeovers, and captive buyouts.
2. Stakeholder Coordination:Drive collaboration across sales, solution, commercial, and leadership teams throughout the bid lifecycle.
3. Proposal & Financial Oversight:Ensure high-quality proposals, manage financials, risk tracking, and compliance with bid governance.
4. Client & Advisor Engagement:Represent solutions in client interactions and manage advisor-led pursuits and benchmarking.
5. Process Innovation:Institutionalize best practices, tools, and templates to enhance bid efficiency and success rates.

Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end management of complex, multi-tower outsourcing deals ( 50M), including staff transfers, asset takeovers, and captive buyouts. Drive proposal strategy, stakeholder engagement, and ensure compliance with bid processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the full bid lifecycle from RFP to contract
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, solution, commercial)
- Develop financial proposals and manage risks
- Engage with clients, advisors, and internal governance
- Innovate and institutionalize best practices in bid management

Required Skills:

- 10+ years in large deal management across industries (Telecom, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, etc.)
- Strong commercial acumen and proposal writing
- Experience with advisor-led pursuits and procurement tools (e.g., ARIBA)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
