With a commitment to nurturing each child's potential, Dr. Shafi CDC provides tailored interventions that address both developmental and behavioral issues to help every child thrive. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Kozhikode. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing assessments and therapeutic interventions to children with neurodevelopmental challenges. Daily tasks include conducting evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role also involves empowering parents with the skills and knowledge to support their child's development through parent-mediated therapy. Qualifications - Skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation - Medical knowledge and experience in Pediatrics - Strong Communication skills - Empathy and ability to work closely with children and their families - Relevant certification or degree in Occupational Therapy - Experience working with children with neurodevelopmental challenges is a plus - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Freshers can also apply
