OCDRC provides high-quality therapy services, full parent involvement, and a nurturing environment designed to support children with special needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will work with children to create individualized therapy plans that promote their development in areas such as motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate families about therapeutic activities, and maintain accurate records to monitor progress. The role also involves identifying and adapting interventions to meet children’s unique needs, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for growth. Qualifications Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation techniquesUnderstanding of Pediatrics and developmental milestonesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, families, and teamsBackground in Medicine or allied health fields is beneficialAbility to develop customized therapy plans and evaluate progress effectivelyCommitment to creating an engaging, child-friendly environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related fieldExperience in a similar pediatric therapy setting is an advantage
