The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing assessments and therapeutic interventions to children with neurodevelopmental challenges. Daily tasks include conducting evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role also involves empowering parents with the skills and knowledge to support their child's development through parent-mediated therapy.QualificationsSkills in Occupational Therapy and RehabilitationMedical knowledge and experience in PediatricsStrong Communication skillsEmpathy and ability to work closely with children and their familiesRelevant certification or degree in Occupational TherapyExperience working with children with neurodevelopmental challenges is a plusAbility to work effectively in a team environmentFreshers can also apply
