Job Description Job Purpose The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for conducting detailed training needs analysis, designing learning frameworks, and implementing effective development programs using AI-enabled tools and analytics. The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, performance, and engagement through data-driven insights and technology-led learning solutions. The Specialist will also drive onboarding excellence and continuous learning initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Training Needs Analysis & Strategy - Conduct data-backed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads, PMS Specialists, and HR. - Use AI-based tools and dashboards to identify skill gaps and learning trends across departments. - Develop annual and quarterly learning strategies aligned with business and performance goals. - Translate insights into structured learning roadmaps with measurable outcomes. Learning Program Design & Implementation - Design and deploy AI-integrated learning modules, competency-based programs, and digital training initiatives. - Collaborate with internal SMEs and external consultants to implement targeted training solutions. - Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with identified skill needs and performance metrics. - Implement personalized learning journeys using analytics-driven recommendations. Onboarding & Continuous Learning - Design and deliver AI-enhanced onboarding content to ensure smooth employee integration. - Continuously update and improve induction programs using engagement analytics and feedback. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-development across teams. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting - Track and analyze training participation, effectiveness, and post-learning performance using AI dashboards. - Measure training ROI and present insights through data visualization tools. - Maintain centralized records of programs, vendors, budgets, and outcomes. - Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D analytics reports for management. Process Improvement & Automation - Drive automation and digital transformation in learning processes using AI and LMS platforms. - Optimize training documentation, tracking, and evaluation systems for accuracy and efficiency. - Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and learning methodologies for process enhancement. Required Qualifications Knowledge - Strong understanding of Learning & Development frameworks, competency mapping, and AI applications in HR. - Familiarity with LMS systems, digital learning tools, and data analytics platforms. - Knowledge of performance management systems, adult learning principles, and process documentation. Skills - Expertise in Training Needs Analysis, AI-based learning design, and program implementation. - Strong data interpretation, reporting, and ROI measurement capabilities. - Proficiency in Google Workspace, HRMS tools, and AI-powered analytics dashboards. - Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Attributes - Analytical and technology-driven mindset. - Proactive, structured, and execution-focused. - Detail-oriented with strong planning and documentation skills. - Collaborative and adaptable to digital transformation initiatives.
