Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Development Specialist located in Surat. The Packaging Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and designing packaging solutions, conducting research and development (R&D), managing pharmaceutical packaging projects, and overseeing project management tasks related to packaging initiatives. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the packaging meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Packaging Engineering and Packaging Design
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) specific to packaging
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Packaging principles and standards
  • Project Management skills related to packaging projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
