Production Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced personality who can hold the position of Production Manager to manage and control the entire production process of AAC Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks including batching cutting autoclaving and finishing ensuring production targets are met with high quality standards minimum wastage and cost efficiency Candidates from AAC Block Manufacturing Industry will only be entertained Key Responsibilities 1 Production Planning Control Prepare and execute daily weekly and monthly production plans Allocate manpower machines and materials to meet production targets Monitor plant operations to ensure smooth workflow 2 Process Supervision Oversee batching mixing casting cutting curing and finishing operations Ensure machines and panels operate with minimal downtime Supervise production staff operators and support teams 3 Quality Assurance Ensure AAC block production meets IS standards and company quality norms Monitor raw material quality and mix design consistency Inspect block dimensions density and compressive strength regularly 4 Wastage Cost Control Minimize breakage cutting wastage and material rejections Optimize raw material and energy consumption Control production costs without compromising quality 5 Team Management Training Manage production staff and assign responsibilities effectively Train workers on process handling quality checks and safety practices Build team efficiency discipline and accountability 6 Maintenance Coordination Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Coordinate with maintenance team to reduce breakdowns Maintain logs of downtime and suggest improvements 7 Reporting Documentation Maintain daily weekly and monthly production reports Track raw material consumption and wastage records Submit performance and variance reports to management 8 Continuous Improvement Introduce process improvements and lean practices Work on automation and efficiency enhancement projects Focus on reducing costs increasing productivity and improving product quality Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Production Engineering 5-10 years of experience in AAC block manufacturing industry Strong leadership planning and problem-solving skills Knowledge of quality standards and lean manufacturing practices Good communication and team management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Raigarh Chhattisgarh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Experience AAC BLOCK PRODUCTION 5 years Required Work Location In person
