Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients distributors and strategic partners Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning Generate leads through networking industry events trade shows and digital channels Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and quotations Negotiate contracts pricing and commercial terms with customers Coordinate with production engineering quality and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met Monitor sales performance forecasts and pipeline development Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention Track competitor activities and recommend strategic actions Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements Required Skills Competencies Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial products Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to analyze market data and develop growth strategies Strong relationship-building and customer-focused approach Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field MBA or technical background is an added advantage Experience 3-8 years of experience in business development sales or key account management within the manufacturing or industrial sector Experience working with B2B clients and long sales cycles Key Performance Indicators KPIs Revenue and sales growth New customer acquisition Customer retention and satisfaction Market expansion and penetration Conversion rate of leads to orders Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
