We are inviting applications for the role ofAssistantManager, Instructional Designer Responsibilities - Create training courses for various audiences while applying the appropriate adult learning approach. - Liaise with cross-functional learning teams within the organization. - Consult with SMEs and client on requirements, needs analysis, and solutioning for every training request. - Manage the life cycle of training inventory from creation to inactivation using the required workflow. - Create training/project plans, monitor project progress, set deadlines, and evaluate performance. - Manage customer communication and SME interactions. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. - Perform quality checks and course testing. - Develop blended course materials including animated PPT modules, WBTs, ILT, vILT, videos, SOPs, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, interactive practice activities, job aids and quick reference guides using development tools. - Adapt to the learners needs and use best practices to produce quality training for specified target audience. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualification - Graduate with good years of experience working on projects alone and/or with a team. - Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies - Exceptional comprehension, writing, and research skills - Knowledge of rapid authoring tools like Articulate (Storyline and Rise) - Analytical Ability-- Ability to conceptualize training needs/content and design. - Communication skills - ability to interact with clients, team members of the project team. - Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines. - People management / coordination skills Preferred qualifications - Project management skills Why join Genpact .
