Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Python We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong technical expertise in Python programming, Machine Learning, and AWS, coupled with a background in Chemical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging data to drive decisions within the specialty chemicals or advanced materials manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities - Analyze complex business challenges and build end-to-end data-driven solutions using Python and ML techniques. - Design, implement, and manage machine learning models and data workflows in AWS environments. - Extract actionable insights from industrial data sources including production, R&D, and supply chain systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and develop analytical models that deliver measurable value. - Interpret and structure data specific to chemical manufacturing processes for decision support. - Create clear, actionable reports and visualizations to support strategy and operations teams. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and quality through analytics. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. - Advanced proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib). - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.). - Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, SageMaker, EC2, Lambda). - Industry experience in specialty chemicals, performance materials, or related process industries. - Ability to break down complex data problems and present clear insights to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly. - Familiarity with manufacturing data systems (e.g., MES, LIMS, ERP). - Knowledge of MLOps, DevOps practices and model deployment on cloud infrastructure. - Exposure to sustainability, process optimization, or product innovation projects in chemicals or materials. - - - - - -
