Job Description: Position: Compliance Manager Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the organization's compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations. - Handle all GST and TDS compliance matters. - Maintain a thorough understanding of taxation laws, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on tax compliance and accounting. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.G., Tally, SAP) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance requirements. - Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Certifications: Relevant certifications in taxation and compliance will be an added advantage.
