Job Description Job Title: Sales Executive (Polymers) Company Overview: Polystox is an online B2B marketplace for polymers, developed and powered by Acron International Private Limited, a company with over three decades of experience in manufacturing PVC pipes, importing, and distributing polymers. The platform is designed to streamline polymer transactions and is currently focused on strategic expansion, diversifying its presence across multiple sectors within the industry. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive Polymers to drive business growth and manage the sales of polymers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in polymer trading, client relationship management and business development. This role requires a deep understanding of the polymer industry, market trends, and supplier networks to maximize profitability and expand market reach. Responsibilities: 1. Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. 2. Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies. 3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and suppliers to ensure cost-effective deals. 4. Drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and logistics, to streamline sales operations. 6. Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management. 7. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking forums to build brand presence. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Plastic Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or from CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology), or any other related field. 2. Preferred experience in polymer trading and sales. 3. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. 4. In-depth knowledge of the polymer industry and supply chains. 5.
