Responsibilities - Assist the sales team in managing schedules and customer meetings. - Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations. - Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. - Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed. - Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies. - Track sales performance metrics and suggest improvements. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 2-10 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
