Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Indore. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities including coordinating sales activities, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves assisting in sales operations, ensuring smooth communication within the sales team, and between customers and the company.

Experience: 2-3 years

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Background in Sales
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
