Experience: - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance. - Prior experience in handling end-to-end HR operations or having worked in an HR generalist or HR business partner role is highly valued. Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and data reporting. - Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance appraisal systems. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
