We prioritize the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and service while fostering a creative and growth-oriented work environment for our team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals, managing employee benefits and compensation, and ensuring a positive work culture. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with management to address HR-related issues and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.Location: ChennaiSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per monthExperience Required: 4–5 yearsAbout the Role:We' re looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Lead / Administrator.
