Job Description

Sales & Customer Engagement

- Proactively contact potential and existing customers to sell travel packages, flights, hotels, car rentals, and cruises focused on the US market.
- Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable travel options.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel-related services to maximize revenue.

Booking & Reservation Management

- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services accurately and efficiently.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and refunds while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and availability.

Customer Service & Support

- Provide timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care throughout the sales process.
- Offer post-sale support including itinerary updates and travel advisories.

Market Knowledge & Product Awareness

- Stay updated with current travel trends, airline policies, and tourism regulations in the US.
- Keep informed about promotional offers, deals, and special packages.
- Educate customers about travel requirements such as visas, insurance, and COVID-19 protocols.

Sales Targets & Reporting

- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM and booking systems.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Team Collaboration & Training

- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless travel experience.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
