Detailed JD:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with deep expertise in managing and optimizing VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across virtual and physical systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 8–10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.

· Strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.

· Deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles.

· Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting.

· Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).

· Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Preferred Certifications:

·VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)

·Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

·ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
