Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, GPOs, and Azure infrastructure
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise systems, servers, backups (Veeam), and storage
  • Support cloud solutions, virtualization platforms (VMWare/Hyper-V), and Microsoft Office 365
  • Provide L3 technical escalation support and lead internal IT projects
  • Work on server migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and disaster recovery planning
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for system deployments and IT support
  • Prepare technical documentation for change, release, and recovery processes
  • Support IT operations across offices and manufacturing units

Key Skills – Technical & Non-Technical

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Windows Server, AD, DNS, File Services
  • Azure Cloud, O365, Veeam Backup
  • Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V)
  • Network and server security best practices
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to train team members and lead IT initiatives
  • Microsoft or Azure certifications are a plus
