We are hiring a
Senior VMware Engineer
with specialized expertise in
VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
to lead the design, deployment, and management of scalable, secure, and highly available hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in enterprise environments and enjoy working across integrated infrastructure stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement VCF 9 solutions including SDDC Manager, vSphere, vSAN, and NSX integration.
• Lead upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of VCF components.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and health checks across VCF infrastructure.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams for seamless workload integration.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerCLI, Ansible, Python) to streamline operations.
• Provide L3 support for incidents and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in VMware technologies, with at least 3 years focused on VCF.
• Strong knowledge of vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T, and SDDC Manager.
• Hands-on experience with VCF 5.x → 9.x lifecycle upgrades.
• Solid background in enterprise infrastructure, networking, and storage.
• Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

• VMware VCP-DCV
• VCAP-DCV
• VCF Specialist Certification

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Communication Skills

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for client communication and documentation.
