📢 We’re Hiring: US HR Onboarding Shift: US Shift Location: Gurugram Employment Type: Full-Time 🧾 Principal Accountabilities - Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements. - Craft and send emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options. - Ensure all verifications sent out to enrolled BGV vendor are followed up on in a timely manner. - Manages drug and alcohol testing to ensure it is compliant with federal regulations and company policy. - Acts as liaison with the drug testing laboratory and Medical Review Officer - Engages with internal stakeholders to develop new tools and resources to meet organization/business needs - Responds to inquiries and resolves issues in a professional and timely manner and is an available resource to employees. 🛠️ Skills & Knowledge Required - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. - In-depth knowledge of Drug & Alcohol regulations and compliance processes. - Ability to understand and abide by company programs and Federal regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. 📨 How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or send their resume to pranshu@mounttalent.com
