In just 18 months, we've onboarded 700+ paying customers globally and achieved a 15x revenue growth. As the world shifts from email and SMS to WhatsApp for business communication, QuickReply.ai is uniquely positioned to become a category-defining company. Founded by IIT-Delhi alumni with deep industry experience, we raised seed funding in April 2023 and are now scaling our 35-member team to 50+ as we continue our growth journey. Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist who will be the initial touchpoint between our sales and implementation teams. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for new customers, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to successfully implement QuickReply.ai solutions. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for new customers during the onboarding process. - Conduct demo walkthroughs, explaining the features and benefits of QuickReply.ai - Collaborate with the sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless handover of new customers. - Provide technical support and guidance on WhatsApp API and integration processes. - Assist customers in setting up their accounts and understanding the platform's functionalities. - Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns during the onboarding phase. - Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product team for continuous improvement. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with WhatsApp API, marketing automation platforms, or related technologies. - Ability to conduct engaging and informative product demos. - Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. - Previous experience in customer onboarding or support is a plus.
