Job Summary:

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience to lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Facebook/Instagram Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over digital ad platforms, audience targeting, and budget optimization to drive ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Run and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads – Search, Display, Shopping & Performance Max.

· Execute YouTube Ads strategies for awareness, traffic, and conversion.

· Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for brand engagement and revenue generation.

· Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.

· Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.

· Optimize campaigns based on key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

· Collaborate with content, design, and web teams for better campaign performance.

Requirements:

· Must have: Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (min. 3.5 years).

· Good working knowledge of YouTube and Facebook Ads.

· Experience in performance marketing, revenue generation, and audience targeting.

· Proficiency with tracking tools and data analysis.
