Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
- Work with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and operations teams to deliver product releases.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate agile sprints, backlog grooming, and sprint planning with product and dev teams.
- Track progress, manage risk, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to iterate on product features.
- Monitor key metrics such as time-to-market, feature adoption, and product quality.
- Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) or software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Solid understanding of technical architectures, APIs, or manufacturing processes (based on industry).
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
