This role involves managing the FieldGlass product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with other SCM modules. The individual will be responsible for validating technical and functional designs, resolving process-related issues, and guiding stakeholders through quarterly release functionalities. What You Will Do - Lead the design and delivery of the FieldGlass roadmap in alignment with executive stakeholder expectations. - Collaborate with Process Owners, Architecture, Engineering, SI partners, and other cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions. - Analyse quarterly FieldGlass release content to ensure no regression and advise business stakeholders on new functionalities. - Validate functional and technical designs provided by System Integrators. - Discuss high-level architecture (functional and technical) and coordinate incident resolution with operations and business teams. - Own end-to-end delivery of demands/projects from requirement definition to transition into business-as-usual. - Support implementation teams, Global Process Owners/Leads, and Shared Services in delivering projects and programmes. - Facilitate workshops, testing activities, training, deployment, and data migration within the SCM domain. Who You Are - Proven hands-on experience with SAP FieldGlass and understanding of contingent workforce onboarding processes. - Strong knowledge of SCM modules including S/4 HANA, MDG, Contract Management, and integration with Ariba. - Demonstrated technical and functional expertise in SAP E2E purchasing processes. - Experience as a product owner/manager or consultant in a business-facing role. - Background in management consulting with strong decision-making and learning agility. - Effective communicator across diverse stakeholder groups. - Desirable: Integration experience with SAP and non-SAP modules.
