Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks include market research, developing strategies for business growth, overseeing the sales process, and working closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in identifying new business opportunities, client relationship management, and negotiating contracts
- Ability to conduct market research and develop business growth strategies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience in overseeing the sales process and working with marketing and product development teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development goals
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the metal industry is a plus
