We're looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. If you have a passion for sales, lead generation, and delivering impactful product demos, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads across target markets.
Conduct in-person and virtual product demos for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements, business meetings, and industry events
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals..
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales in IT, BFSI, SaaS, or Fintech sectors.
Proven success in lead generation, client handling, and product demo delivery.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and demos.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
