Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for helping customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and policies.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and provide product training as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
