We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the customer service field, possessing strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and improve processes.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers based on their needs.
- Assist in training and onboarding new customer service representatives.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- 1-6 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
