Role- Associate Director Finance Work Experience- Qualified CA with9-12 years experience (in Business Finance / Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably from IT / ITES industry managing Healthcare vertical) Role & Responsibilities: - Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and business performance tracking - Prepare management reports and executive dashboards with clear insights - Conduct financial modelling, scenario planning, and margin analysis - Collaborate with business teams to gather data and ensure alignment - Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements in reporting - Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects Qualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable) Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9-12 years of relevant experience, - preferably in FP&A Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint - Familiarity with SAP is preferred - Good understanding of financials and business performance metrics - Good analytical and communication skills We are looking for employees with - Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and business acumen - Strong data analysis and interpretation skills - Good communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines - A team player who is proactive and dependable - Experience in BFSI, BPO, or MNC environments is a plus - Disclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
