Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic partnerships, secure internship and placement opportunities, and create long-term collaborations that enhance student employability within the financial ecosystem.This role requires strong industry understanding, relationship management, and strategic outreach to ensure University becomes a preferred talent partner for the Finance & BFSI sectors or Digital Branding & AdvertisingKey Responsibilities:1. Sector-Specific Corporate Engagement & Partnership Development- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key organizations across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Fin Tech, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management OR creative, media, and digital agencies, including advertising networks, PR firms, performance marketing agencies, influencer marketing platforms, and marketing consultancies.- Build a strong ecosystem of hiring partners including banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus, mutual funds, rating agencies, consulting firms, and financial start-ups OR in-house marketing teams of brands, e-commerce firms, and digital-first companies for internships and placements.- Proactively identify new-age firms in digital marketing, branding, content creation, analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing for collaboration.- Secure internship, live project, and placement opportunities exclusively in Finance and BFSI sectors.
