Basic Function- Be strategy lead for the global treasury function of EXL Ensure adherence to policies and procedure laid down around all treasury operations Manage foreign currency risk in business via forward and derivative currency contracts Liaising with bankers senior management and auditors on banking operations Manage liquidity and inter-company transfers among 30 legal entities Manage investments portfolio of USD 300 million staggered across countries Negotiating and evaluating loans with bankers Managing major treasury projects such as company refinancing Dividend distribution etc Drive various digitization automation projects involving investments hedging and banking operations Support financial due diligence and arrange funding for strategic initiatives like Mergers and Acquisitions Manage Compliances prescribed by various central bank like RBI Essential Functions Manage required liquidity in all legal entities and bank accounts Manage hedge book of more than USD 1 billion in multiple currencies Ensure proper hedge accounting to avoid any volatility in the Income Statement Ensure adherence to all financials as well as non-financial covenants related to loans and borrowings Analyzing impact of Interest income Interest expenses FX gain loss etc on periodic financials Ensure yearly targets are achieved Internal Statutory Audits including US GAAP SOX Testing regulatory reporting Transformation and Digitization Adhere and update policies and procedure related to treasury operations Sound knowledge of various statutory compliances across geographies
