We are looking for Quality Assurance Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Ointments/Creams, Capsule Division, and Liquids at our facility. Your key responsibilities will include:Production Planning & Coordination:Planning and scheduling production based on priority and the availability of raw and packaging materials.Coordinating with the production team and other departments to ensure timely deliveries to clients and adherence to the production plan.Operational Efficiency & Compliance:Monitoring manpower and infrastructure utilization to effectively reduce costs.Ensuring compliance with GMP norms and SOPs related to production activities, and optimizing manpower and machinery for enhanced productivity.Collaborating with other departments for work planning and execution.Record Keeping & Performance Monitoring:Monitoring daily production records and ensuring compliance with production process documentation.Ensuring timely online entries of batch manufacturing records and minimizing process loss.Planning the monthly production schedule, identifying performance issues, and developing action plans for resolution.Training & Confidentiality:Training personnel on safety, hygiene, and proper packing protocols.Upholding confidentiality regarding company information, methodologies, plans, and trade secrets.Additional Responsibilities:Performing any additional tasks assigned by management.More information about this Quality Assurance Executive JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Quality Assurance Executive jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Quality Assurance Executive job position?
