Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support our team's efforts in delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and optimize processes.
  • Analyze data to prepare comprehensive quality performance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Train production staff on quality control measures to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality in a timely manner.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in quality control/assurance with a strong understanding of quality management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certification in quality management systems is an asset.
