Job Description Primary title: Email Marketing Executive (Entry-level) About The Opportunity We operate in the Talent & HRTech sector providing career development and recruitment services for candidates and enterprises across India. Join a fast-moving team that builds candidate engagement programs, employer branding communications, and conversion-focused email journeys that support hiring and learning outcomes. Role & Responsibilities - Create, schedule, and send email campaigns for candidate outreach, onboarding, and employer-brand programs using platform templates and best practices. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Proficiency in at least one email platform: Mailchimp or HubSpot Marketing Hub or SendGrid - Basic HTML/CSS for responsive email design and template editing - Experience with A/B testing and interpreting campaign metrics - Familiarity with Google Analytics and UTM tagging for campaign tracking - Comfort with list segmentation, CSV manipulation and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to deliverability best practices and email compliance (unsubscribe handling, CAN-SPAM principles) Preferred - Experience with ActiveCampaign or Sendinblue - Exposure to automation workflows and lead-nurture sequences - Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools Why This Role Is Attractive - Entry-level role designed for freshers with structured on-the-job training and mentorship to build a career in digital marketing and CRM. - Hands-on responsibility for end-to-end email campaigns and measurable impact on candidate engagement and conversion. - Collaborative, outcome-driven culture with clear growth paths into marketing automation, CRM, or growth roles.
