We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant to join our Finance Team The candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles hands-on experience in Tally and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Key Responsibilities Maintain and update accurate financial records Process invoices receipts payments and other financial transactions Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Prepare and submit expense reports Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports Support month-end and year-end closing activities Coordinate with auditors for statutory tax and internal audits Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance Oversee general accounting reconciliations and reporting Train and guide junior staff in accounting processes Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies Requirements Strong working knowledge of Tally software and MS Office Excel Word Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements Good communication skills verbal telephone and email Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Self-motivated and able to work independently when required Job Type Full-time Pay 16 748 60 - 40 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Gandhinagar Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Location Gandhinagar Gujarat Preferred Work Location In person
