About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Enterprise Sales) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Bangalore market and proven experience in hunting and acquiring new enterprise clients. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on building a robust sales pipeline and closing high-value B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the enterprise segment.
- Conduct market research to map out potential clients in the Bangalore region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, procurement heads, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align client needs with solutions.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry forums to generate leads and promote the company.

Requirements:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales with a strong focus on client acquisition.
- Excellent understanding of the Bangalore market and enterprise ecosystem.
- Proven track record of hunting new clients and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
