The role also includes light social media activity like posting product photos and replying to customer messages. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. - Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and maintain consistent communication. - Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through clear product explanation and trust-building. - Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. - Post basic product updates and respond to messages on social media when required. Requirements: - Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to understand customer needs and close sales. - Basic knowledge of social media apps (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp). - Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling is preferred but not mandatory.
