Role: Assistant Vice President – HR Technology & Transformation Lead Experience: 14+ years Work Mode : WFO 5 Days Shift Type: UK Overview: We are looking for a tech-major, HR-minor professional to lead digital HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate comes from an HR Technology background (Analyst to AVP level) — not traditional HR operations or HR Executive tracks — and is skilled in driving automation, digitalization, and platform innovation across global HR systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the HR technology strategy for HRO and DO operations, collaborating with HR, business, and IT stakeholders. - Define and execute the future roadmap for HR operations, focusing on digital transformation and platform enhancement. - Drive solution design and delivery across Workday(only) and other HR systems. - Evaluate and implement automation and agentic AI solutions to improve employee and HR experience. - Integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, automation frameworks) into enterprise HR strategy. - Provide global leadership for HR Tech initiatives, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. - Manage and mentor a small team of HR tech professionals. - Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Proven leadership in HR technology, automation, and transformation projects. - Hands-on experience in Workday (HCM) and ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of HR processes, analytics, and digital HR ecosystems. - Ability to collaborate in a global, matrixed, and cross-functional environment.
